SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our products throughout Ireland & the EU:

  • Ireland Standard: €8.99 (2-12 business days delivery)​

  • Rest of Europe:  €15.99 (5 - 12 business days delivery)

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

If for any reason you need to return or exchange your Saltrobe please email us at: Hello@saltrobe.ie and we will get back to you as quickly as possible with full details on how to return an item :)

If you are not completely happy with your purchase,  all eligible returns are accepted for store credit in the form of a gift card. 

​

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, in new and unused condition with all original labels/tags attached.

  • Items must be unaltered, undamaged and unwashed, while in the customer’s possession.

  • Free from any markings, make-up, self tanner, odours, pet hair, perfumes, deodorant and washing powder.

What if your item is faulty?

​

We hold our products to a very high standard - but if by any chance you have received a faulty item we are sorry and would love to have this resolved for you as soon as possible!

​

We will offer a refund, store credit or an exchange (subject to availability) on any item purchased if the garment:

  • Has a genuine manufacturing fault; and/or,

  • Does not correspond with descriptions given to you

A faulty item claim must be made within a reasonable time of receiving the goods. Please email your order number, a description and photo of the fault to hello@saltrobe.ie. You can expect to hear back from us within 1 - 2 business days.

PRIVACY POLICY

At SaltRobe our customers' privacy is a top priority. We appreciate that you put your trust in us when you provide us with your information and we do not take this lightly. We regularly audit our own procedures to ensure that your data is kept secure and is accessible and used only for the purposes agreed.

SaltRobe Ltd. is the company that is responsible for your information under this Privacy Policy (the “data controller”). We are located at: Marina Village, Greystones, Wicklow, Ireland. 

 

 What personal data do we collect?

The type of data we collect about you includes:​

  • Identity Data including first name, last name, address.

  • Contact Data including your billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone number.

  • Financial Data including payment card details. This is collected by 3rd party payment gateway. SaltRobe does not receive or store any financial data.

  • Transactional Data including details about payments for products or services you have purchased from us.

How your personal data is collected:

You may give us your data by filling in forms, using our website, ordering products, or from corresponding with us by post, phone, email or otherwise. This includes personal data you provide when you:​

(i) Order from our store:  If you buy something from our online store we will need specific information about you. To fully process your order and ship the products you selected, we need your personal data such as your first & last name, your email address, your shipping and billing address. We also use your contact and order information to send you communication related to the processing of your order. We will ask you to provide this information on our "checkout page" before you complete your purchase with payment.

(ii) Partial Purchase:  If you have started the process of buying one of our products, but have not completed the purchase, you may have provided partial information such as your email address. In that case, we might send you an email to remind you about this product.
